Is this a beginner friendly gym?
Yes! We have classes for everyone, just because we have pro fighters doesn't mean we are only for advanced people. We will pair you with other beginners and make sure you get a good workout in!
What does the membership include?
For our memberships you get access to UNLIMITED classes first of all. You also get your very own key to the gym for 24/7 access to the compound. We have a purified drinking water system so you never have to worry about running out of water (and it's not fountain water.. gross). Infra-red sauna, and a FULL sized gym.
Do I need my own gear?
Preferably yes, but if your just starting or not sure we have plenty of used equipment for you to borrow while training with us!
