Here we take it up a notch from your normal conditioning. With tire flipping, ropes, and chain work we mix in some pretty cool stuff for a different kind of fit!

Boxing

(Mondays, Wednesdays)

Come on in for some immaculate cardio and a real full body exercise in Compounds boxing classes!

Muay Thai

6:00pm-7:15pm
(Tuesdays, Thursdays)

The art of attacking/defense with all four limbs. Try out our Muay Thai class today and learn the art!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

6:00pm-7:15pm
(Mondays, Fridays)

Learn the art of the ground game and the ultimate self defense in these action packed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes!

Wrestling Class

6:00pm-7:15pm
(Wednesday's)

Try out some more ground game techniques in the art of wrestling!

Sparring (attendance specific)

7:15pm-8:15pm

  1. Monday/Friday: 7:15pm-8:00pm is Grappling Group Spar work

  2. Tuesday/Thursday: 7:15pm-8:15pm is MMA Sparring

  3. Friday: 6:00pm-7:00pm is Boxing Sparring

Remember these are all attendance specific, so if no one shows there will not be any sparring.
