He is not only a life long athlete competing at the highest level in football, BJJ, and Wrestling, he is a certified personal trainer and truly understands the best training modalities that will take you to an elite performance level!

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 4:00pm-5:00pm: Boxing Sparring
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00pm-9:00pm: MMA sparring
Friday: 7:00pm-8:00pm: Jiu Jitsu/Grappling rolling
Saturday: 11:00am-12:00pm: Wrestling Takedowns
Saturday: 12:00-1:15: Professional / Amateur Fight Team Practice
Sunday: ALL DAY OPEN MAT (call for reservation times)
