Attention: All weekend warriors. This is for those of you that love and live for obstacle course racing....Tough Mudder, Gladiator Rock and Run, Spartan Challenge. A class designed just for you...to give you the opportunity to train for obstacles and the endurance to finish the race. Only at The Compound will you have the opportunity to learn and practice going over a 6' wall, climbing a 25' rope, low crawling thru rough terrain.
This class will help you with the techniques and get you ready to WIN!!!!
